REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of the product received by the customer.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products shipped to the customer.
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned, we may re-ship the order in case the wrong product/variant has been shipped to the customer.
- Prepaid or COD orders are not eligible for a refund.
- Ef-Chlor will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete packaging/ incorrect variant/damaged products) are received by the customer.
- It is mandatory to send the photos of the invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
- You can Email Us at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, Courier Docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by Email.
- Items can be exchanged if the wrong product is delivered.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:
- Product, if any, should be in original condition
- The box should be retained and returned

- Your order can only be canceled if it is COD and yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on the Phone Numbers/Email Id mentioned on the website or fill the Contact Us form with Subject: Cancel OrderPrepaid orders cannot be canceled.
